We got tattoos in Aruba

We had talked about getting tattoos for the last couple years now but was never really able to decide on something we liked. Steve decided to start playing around with some hand drawn designs.

We have always liked turtles but our real love for them came when we took part in the sea turtle conservation presentation in Bonaire. The more we learned about these resilient pre historic creatures we reliezed that they were incredible! Along with a turtle design, we also wanted to commemorate our epic sailing trip so Steve incorporated anchor as this has been so much a part of our sailing life! We found an artist in Aruba that could emulate Steve’s design in ink.... Volia!
