New Providence, Bahamas

West Bay, New Providence is surrounded by billionaires vacation properties looking out onto the pristine waters of the ocean. We took Bella to the beach to what looked like amusement park but later found it was the home of Canadian fashion mogul, Peter Nygard. This place was frequently visited by many celebrities for huge parties such as Oprah, Sean Connery and President Bush Sr. 

We also explored the National Park surrounding Jaws Beach which is where the 3rd “Jaws Revenge” movie was filmed. After a day at the beach, exploring interesting trails and visiting the old slave plantations, we were ready to move on to a new island! Our next destination would be Alan’s Cay 45 miles south where we would meet the famous rock iguanas!
